Director of Operations
The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, and operational effectiveness of the school’s campus and facilities. This role provides both strategic vision and hands-on leadership across facilities management, campus safety, emergency preparedness, vendor partnerships, and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with academic and administrative leadership, the Director of Operations ensures that campus systems and infrastructure fully support the School’s mission and daily activities — including athletics, technology, events, and security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all campus facilities maintenance and improvement initiatives
Lead safety programs and emergency preparedness planning
Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Support operational needs for athletics, technology, special events, and campus security
Collaborate with school leadership to align operations with strategic goals
