Mission Statement The Bishop Kearney Parents' Association has for its mission "to sponsor spiritual and social events for the parents and students of BKHS. The Association also assists in some fund-raising activities and offers volunteer services to the school staff."
Parents' Association Meeting Schedule
The Bishop Kearney Parents Association monthly meetings will be held the 1st Monday of the month (with the exception of Labor Day and New Years Day holidays) in the School Library on the 2nd floor. The meetings will be begin promptly @ 6:30 p.m. In order to provide direction there exists a very basic organizational structure and an agenda is followed for each meeting. The Association consists of the above listed volunteer positions: Two Co-Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary and parent representatives from each class year. Even though this structure exists, all parents and/or guardians of BK students are automatically members and are welcome to attend montly meetings and can become a representative to your student(s) particular class by attending monthly meetings. If you would like to address the association regarding a particular subject, please contact Jerry Grundman or Judy DiGuardi to be placed on the agenda.
